Corporate Voting Requirements
Company must be incorporated and headquartered in the United States:
– AND –
Have either portable lights manufacturing presence in the US, or design, distribution, and inventory maintenance in the US.
– OR –
If all or most manufacturing or design is done outside of the US, must own the tooling and other means of production that is located outside of the US.
Associate Member Requirements
Must be an International Company involved in the manufacture of portable lighting products. – OR –
Involved in the supply of parts or accessories to the portable lighting products industry.
Affiliate Member – Requirements
Must be a Manufacturer’s Rep Agency involved in the sale of portable lights for a corporate member.
– OR –
Must be a university professor or researcher and/or engineer that works in the field of or does research in the field of portable lighting.
– OR –
Must be a trade publication featuring portable lighting advertising.
